Maria Rita - Caminho Das Aguas

Live at Auditorium Stravinski

Maria Rita is a Brazilian singer, daughter of famed pianist/arranger César Camargo Mariano and the late singer legend Elis Regina. Her first CD, Maria Rita, launched her career symbolically, with the single A Festa being written by Milton Nascimento, a singer-songwriter whose career was launched by Maria Rita's mother. The CD went platinum and was a hit worldwide, making her an international star. In 2004, She won the Latin Grammy Awards for Best New Artist and in 2008, the one for Best Samba Album with Samba Meu.
